    1. Claim to be submitted within 4 working days of clients departure
    2. Photos/Video to be uploaded at the time of reporting OR by email within 14 days (contracts@solmarvillas.com)
    3. Invoice for repair/replacement at the time of reporting OR by email within 14 days (contracts@solmarvillas.com) 


    Failure to follow the above timescales or guidelines may result in the damage claim being rejected.
