- I have attached a letter of recommendation from my employer or contracting agency attesting to my professional demeanor and motivation.
- I have included my (300-500 words) typed essay answering the question: How, when, and why did you realize that a career in stenographic court reporting or captioning was right for you? Please explain your practice regimen and how you develop your skills.
