  • IndieCade 2023 - Mentor Form

    We are looking for mentors and judges for Climate Jam 2023, to be held May 19th-21st.

    This jam is entirely online. Mentors will interact with participants over Discord and/or provide videos to be shared with our participants and on the website.

    Mentors for this year's jam should have knowledge and experience related to climate science, this year's theme, and/or game development and related specialities.

    This year's central theme is Wildlife Trafficking. Potential topics for exploring the theme are:

    • Tourism and Travel
    • Direct Human and Climate Change Impacts on Wildlife
    • Social media
    • Habitat Loss
    • Consumer Choices
    • Poaching
    • Misinformation and disinformation

    Climate Jam 2023 is presented by IndieCade, Games for our Future, EarthLab at University of Washington, IGDA Climate SIG, and with the support of Global game Jam.
