We will be... 

• Discussing what triggers conflict.
• Explore some practical tools to add to your Conflict Tool Box.
• Putting our tools to good use with some practice during our time together!

Here's How These SESSIONS Work...

1. Space is limited to 10 participants.

2. You MUST be able to access Zoom to participate.

3. If you can't be present, please don't register. These sessions are LIVE, INTERACTIVE, and they will NOT be recorded.

4. There is homework - precourse work to be completed before we meet.

Of course if you sign up last minute, the expectation is that you will still come prepared and ready to engage in the conversation.

5. During the SESSION we will unpack the homework and review additional content. Anticipate a lively discussion around conflict and the chance to add a few tools to your Conflict Toolbox!
