Vendor agrees to provide a display/sign clearly visible to customers. This sign SHALL include prices and food items available.

Vendor agrees to keep booth open up to the conclusion of the event on both Saturday and Sunday

Vendor is responsible for the collection and disposal of all waste at their designated location. All items belonging to vendor shall be removed by the end of the agreed event date

Vendor is required to comply with all City of Cleveland's 2023 Temporary Food Event Safety Guidelines and MUST obtain a temporary food operation/retail food establishment license by completing and submmitting an application packet along with with the appropriate licensing fee to the Division of Assessment and Licensing at City Hall, 601 Lakeside AT LEAST 15 DAYS PRIOR to the event.

Vendor agrees to be completely packed and out of the event premises no later then one (1) hour after the event's completion.

Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Hispanic Police Officers Association and the Puerto Rican Parade/Festival against any damages or claims that may arise in connection with the Vendor"s presence, Vendor's staff and or not limited to the Vendor's food or service

Vendor will accept official event food vouchers provided to all staff and volunteers of the parade. (Actual cash value is redeemable from Parade Committee/Beverage Tent)

Waiver of Liability- This agreement releases the Hispanic Police Officers Association (HPOA), the parade committee and all organizing entities from all liability relating to injuries sustained by staff, patrons or employees. By submitting this agreement I agree to hold the HPOA and Parade committee completely free from any civil liability, regardless of negligence. HPOA and Parade Committee are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise, damaged equipment, damage caused by weather or landscape. I attest that I am participating voluntarily and understand I am responsible for all risks or injuries that my vending may incur. By checking below I forfeit all right to bring suit against HPOA Board, members and Parade committee. I will comply with all policies and safety rules as explained in writing and as explained verbally.
