We care about the safety of our guests and children. Each car is equipped with a remote for those children that are uneasy about operating the vehicle alone. "Remotes" will be available UPON REQUEST ONLY.

The remotes overrides the car no matter what the child does inside and also has an emergency 'STOP' button.It is highly recommended that the children are monitored at all times. Reminder: REMOTES ARE BY REQUEST ONLY.

KEEP IN MIND THESE ARE ELECTRIC RENTAL CARS AND NOT BUMPER CARS. THE BATTERY LAST 1-2 HOURS IF THE KIDS DRIVE IT NON-STOP.

KIDS WHO ARE OVER 60LBS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RIDE IN THE KIDS CARS FOR THE PROTECTION AND/OR WEAR AND TEAR OR DAMAGES OF THE KLCC EQUIPMENT.

Terms and Conditions:

We require a 50% deposit to secure the date of your party. The balance is due 1 week prior. In the event of a cancellation within a 72 hour before the party, your deposit of 50% will be non-refundable. In the event of postponement of the party and/or contract by the client, the deposit paid may be applied to a new party date, within one year from cancellation date. KLCC allows one free date change which we suggest over cancelling. Your party host will arrive for your party at least 1 hour prior to party start time.

Waiver Forms must be completed for every child participating with Kids Luxury Car Club LLC. Any damages to KLCC equipment will be place upon the consent authorized via the waiver.
