OISYL AGREEMENT ON REFUND AND PAYMENT OF FEES: 1. It is understood that a student enrolls for one (1) school year, unless other arrangements are made UPON ENROLLMENT and AGREED to in writing by the parent, school principal, and the Board of Directors. 2. Fees will NOT be PRO-RATED, regardless of the duration of attendance in days or months. 3. In compliance with the Education Law of the Philippines, if the student TRANSFERS and/or WITHDRAWS in writing within two weeks after the start of the school year, and has already paid tuition and other school fees for one month or longer, they may be SUBJECT TO CHARGE of TEN (10) PERCENT of the TOTAL AMOUNT DUE for the term if they WITHDRAW WITHIN the FIRST WEEK OF THE SCHOOL YEAR, or TWENTY (20) PERCENT if WITHIN the SECOND WEEK OF THE SCHOOL YEAR, irrespective of their attendance. If the student WITHDRAWS AFTER THE SECOND WEEK OF THE SCHOOL YEAR, he/she will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of all school fees. 4. The RESPONSIBILITY of ensuring the check is good rests with the PARENTS/GUARDIANS. They should verify that the check has been honored by the bank, and in case it has been dishonored, should be settled immediately by paying in cash or issuing a Manager’s Check. 5. Students who have ARREARS in their account at the end of every quarter, will NOT be ISSUED their Quarterly Report Cards. Students WITH OUTSTANDING BALANCES will not be able to access their report cards or other school credentials UNTIL their accounts are fully CLEARED.*
