    Gottwood 2024
  • Gottwood is a festival that needs to be seen to be believed. Iconic electronic DJs and performers, sensational acts all taking place in the heart of Welsh woodlands.

Gottwood is taking place from Thursday 13th - Monday 17th June 2024.

Applications are now open to experience the festival as a volunteer. If you’d like to stay for the whole weekend you'll also have a spot to pitch a tent in either the general admission or crew campsite along with a free parking space. You will also receive a free meal voucher for each volunteering day.

All you need to do is complete this simple application form and we'll be in touch. We have tried to keep the application process as simple as possible, and we hope this form will not take more than 10 minutes to complete. So if you are enthusiastic, helpful and friendly and 18 or over, we’d love to hear from you!

Please note: You will be required to make your own way to and from the festival site and bring your own tent to camp.

  • All the different roles available are split between Pre & Post Show and Show days.

Show Volunteers: Have 2 or 3 volunteering slots whilst the show is live (Thurs-Mon) and do 16 - 24 hrs volunteering.

Pre & Post: Spend a few days before and after the event putting it all together, the amount of volunteering you do in these roles varies based on the area and your availability, but means you have the festival itself clear.

  • Art, Decor & Site

It takes a lot to make a festival appear in an empty field so if you're handy then this is the role for you. Crafting large wooden owls, creating unique and beautiful stage decor, illuminated installations in the trees, building stages, rigging lighting and sound equipment, moving fencing etc.... who knows? Every day is different but full of creativity, come share your passion. (2 volunteer days, 16hrs max)

    Artist Liaison

You've seen the line up, it's stacked. With so many performers we need a solid team to help keep everyone organised. This role may include liaising with artists, driving, acting as a runner during the event. (3 volunteer days, max 24hrs)

    Gates, Wristbanding & Stewarding

Getting your wristband mean's the party's started! Our gate volunteers help get everyone in so they can go explore the festival. As a steward you might be directing people where to go, helping them find water points or somewhere to pitch their tent, telling them who's on that night etc. Whatever happens, our stewards are our eyes and ears on the ground, helping us to keep everything running smoothly. (2 or 3 volunteer days, 16-24hrs)
