    There are Winsupply processing fees:
    Parts = $25.00 ($30 for Rheem - Processed through another Winsupply)
    Equipment = $125.00
    NOTE: A Shipping Charge may apply in some circumstances.

  • Do not discard the failed item!

    Once the form is complete, please bring in the failed item with a copy of this form which will be emailed to you upon completion. Please be sure to write "CompanyName/HomeownerLastName" on the box/unit.
  • Warranties on Items are NOT transferable

    If your homeowner is not the original owner of the unit the warranty will be declined.
  • Payment for Replacement Order

    When setting up your replacement order, please keep in mind that the method of payment used to order the new unit/part is what you will be given the credit back on. We do accept checks, but they will take much longer to process since issued out of Corporate office.  We recommend credit cards for the fastest, easiest credit.
  • Here are some unique variants that might help you:

    AO Smith Full Unit Replacements - Require the Contractor to call 866-362-9898 first to get an RGA# to give to us. Please include this RGA# in the "Description of Failure" section of this Form.

    AO Smith - Requires the original unit tag to file with the claim. 

    AO Smith Labor - Filing for labor must be done separately by the Contractor.

    Hitachi - Unit must be registered before warranty can be submitted. An indoor and outdoor unit will be needed for the registration.

    Navien - Plumber must call 800-519-8794 to troubleshoot the issue. Note: Videos and Pictures may be required. If Navien deems the item to be returned, they will provide you with a RGA# to give to us. Please include this RGA# in the "Description of Failure" section of this Form.

    SuperStor/HTP - Requires:
    1. All Units must be registered in order to submit a claim.
    2. Requires Photos/Video
    3. The serial number tag from the side of the product.
    4. The installation of failed unit(back a few steps from the product to show piping).
    5. The failure of unit (if a visible problem) or a picture/video of failed part.
    6. The venting (inside and outside for gas appliances only)
    7. They also require proof of purchase of failed unit.

    - Requires the Contractor to start the claim. Then forward the Claim # to us to continue.
