Welcome to Roots & Radiance: A One Day Nature Retreat for Children

Ages 7–12 | Nature • Mindfulness • Movement • Art | Dear Parents & Guardians, We’re honored to invite your child to join us for Roots & Radiance, a nature-based retreat designed to reconnect children with the Earth, their bodies, and their inner wisdom. Over the course of this soulful, your child will experience:🌳 Nature walks and outdoor exploration🎨 Creative art and expression🧘🏽 Mindfulness, movement, and yoga practices🔥 Story circles, songs, and shared meals🍽️ Nourishing, kid-friendly meals and snacks. Our retreat is designed to be screen-free, grounded in indigenous values of respect, reciprocity, and care. It offers a safe, loving space for your child to build friendships, emotional resilience, and deeper connection to the land.📝 Location: Taino Woods - 302 Big Woods Rd, Harris, New York 12742 Dates: October 18, 2025 Drop-off: 9:00 AM & Pick-up Time: 7:30 PM Please complete the form below to register your child. After submitting, you’ll receive a confirmation email with further details. Space is limited, so we encourage early sign-ups. If not please feel free to enjoy the abundant nature in the area and return to enjoy the campfire and smores with us during the closing activity.
