Leadership Toledo exists to cultivate a community of leaders dedicated to serving with authenticity and purpose.

Through our programming, Leadership Toledo offers participants the opportunity to:
- Become a more confident leader
- Connect with your community on a deeper level
- Grow in stronger self-awareness
- Serve in ways that are meaningful to you and your community
Our goal is to assemble a class that represents the greater Toledo community, and is as diverse as possible to enrich the learning experience for all.

Commitment
- Tuition is $850.00 payable to The Greater Toledo Community Foundation. 100% of the cohort members’ tuition fees will be pooled together to go back into the community to the charity of the group’s choice.
- Tuition must be paid in full before the start of the program and is nonrefundable.
- Successful applicants to Leadership Toledo's Spark program must be concerned about the future of the region and committed to personal involvement in shaping its future. To obtain the maximum benefit from the program, all participants must be fully committed and involved. Participants are expected to attend every session in its entirety.
- If a participant fails to meet these obligations, they may be asked to withdraw from the program.
