    7. The parent agrees that there will be a late fee of $1.00 per minute per child for every minute the parent is late; arriving after 6:00p.m. For example, if you arrive at 6:18 to pick up your child, there will be an $18 late fee. This fee is in place to ensure people are not late and your children are the top priority at the end of the day. Please do not be late. This fee is added to your monthly invoice . If a parent is late picking up on a continuous basis, care may be terminated.

    8. The parent agrees to advise the program in writing or via text if the child is to be dismissed without supervision/parental accompaniment and at what time the child(ren) is to be dismissed. The program is not responsible for the child(ren) in any way whatsoever from the time the child leaves the premises of the program.

    9. The parent agrees that the program is released from all liability (including the physical and legal risk) incidental to the child (ren)'s supervision while the child (ren) are on the playground or the programs premises (In other words if the child is injured while in the care of the program the parent(s) will not take any legal action).
