Please use this form if you where approved by the CVTU Pro D Committee to present a workshop during one of our three Pro D Days. (October 21, 2022 February 17, 2023 or May 5th, 2023.) Note:TTOC Compensatory Days must be used by June 30, 2023 for October and February Pro D events and December 31, 2023 for May's Pro D event. Use the Pro D Code 2600 when booking a TTOC.
