Offer is for: current rodeo royalty titleholders, chaperone/parent and/or pageant directors or committee members. Reservations and payment required by May 24 to receive package discount.
May attend one or more days, June 10-14 (note that Thursday, June 12 through Saturday, June 14 have the most public activities). Also welcome to attend with or without a horse, but no mounts will be provided besides to visiting state tileholders. Represent your title by riding in the nightly grand entry of
the Woodward Elks Rodeo and the Woodward Elks Rodeo Parade.
One comp Woodward Elks PRCA Rodeo pass per night for titleholders only. All other guests, including directors and chaperones, are invited to purchase rodeo tickets through the Woodward Elks Rodeo box office. Tickets are on sale now online here.
Rodeo Performance Themes are expected as follows, but they are subject to change up to event time: Thursday-American Hat’s Patriot Red Night; Friday—Case Wireline’s Real Cowboys Wear Pink Night (for Breast Cancer Awareness)
Limited horse stalls available for free for visiting royalty, no shavings or feed included (No tack stalls available). Negative Coggins and health papers required.
Lodging: The headquarters hotel is the Candlewood Suites of Woodward. Reservations need to be made by May 20, 2025. We recommend making reservations as early as possible to ensure the discounted rate.
The discounted rate is under the name MRO Block and can be purchased by calling the hotel directly at (580) 254 - 5200. All family and friends are welcome to stay at this hotel. All lodging arrangements are the responsibility of Visiting Royalty. State queens, if you need help coordinating room sharing contact each other or a member of the visiting royalty committee.
