Teen Acrylic Painting Workshop
Thursdays in August (Grades 7-12)
August 3, 10, 17, 24, & 31 5:45-6:45pm

This monthly workshop series is led by local artist and visual arts educator Rachael Brown.  This workshop focuses on exploring close ups in acrylic paint.  We will work from a reference image of your choice and practice drawing what we see, color matching, and painting techniques.  A focus is on process and creating a macro acrylic painting on canvas. All materials are included.  Projects change every month.  Art Stars has 4 sessions in March.

Let your teen artist learn new skills, have fun with art-enthused kids, and grow their creativity with a real artist in a real art gallery!  Creative siblings, cousins, and friends are welcome to sign up too.

Class fee: $150 (includes everything)

**if you are signing up 2 students at the same time your class fee will be discounted by 10% for the 2nd student
