    Thank you for your interest in registering for our events. In order to attend our events, you need to register with the programme first - this will only take a few minutes.

    Once you have filled out the registration form you will recieve a login to our Digital Pathfinders Hub where you and your colleagues can sign up to any future events without registration.

  • Introduction

    This form should only take around ten minutes to fill out assuming you know the following:

    • Contact information for you and your organisation
    • Eligibility information about your organisation
    • Information about your organisation's yearly turnover and number of employees
    • Information about state aid recieved by your organisation (if available)
    • Details of how we might be able to support your organisation

    You must also be in the position to agree to receive support on behalf of your organisation.

  • Where are you based?

    In order to benefit from the Digital Pathfinders Programme you need to be located in either Newcastle, Northumberland or North Tyneside. If you are based outside of these areas but still need support with digital please click here.

  • Please note that support provided as part of the North of Tyne Digital Adoption Programme is to eligible SMEs - a business or organisation - not to an individual.

    The information provided in this form is for us to maintain contact with you during the support and can be removed from our databases at anytime on request, once support has been delivered.

  • Eligibility Information

    The following information is required for reporting, monitoring and assessing eligibility.

  • All data must be relating to the last approved accounting period for {nameOf} and calculated on an annual basis. In the case of newly-established businesses and organisations whose accounts have not yet been approved, the data to apply should be taken from a reliable estimate made in the course of the financial year.

  • Statement of Previous Aid Recieved

    State aid funds the North of Tyne Digital Pathfinders Programme and this is regulated by the De Minimis exemption (in accordance with Commission Regulation
    (EU) No 1407/2013) and since 1st January 2021 through Subsidy Control. 

    Please complete the Statement of Previous Aid received under the De Minimis exemption or Subsidy Control below, including that of any other business that your business may be linked with as mentioned above. Using this information we will assess your eligibility to receive assistance.

  • In order to access funding, you must declare you agree with the following statements:

    • I understand that my business may only receive subsidised support to the value of €200,000 (approx £174,000 under the de minimis block exemption, from all public agencies in any three year period.
    • I understand that the project can provide a maximum of 20 days (160 hrs) of support representing a value of £10,000. A Euro equivilent can be provided once support is complete.
    • I confirm on that basis that the aid received as a result of this support will not exceed the allowable €200,000 threshold when added to support already recieved from other organisations.
    • I agree that if asked, I will provide proof of investment in digital to support the impact measurement and committments to funders.
    • I understand that this support will be provided in line with Subsidy Control, as well as the De Minimis exemption, in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 1407/2013, OJ L 352 and will need to be declared to any other UK public body intending to provide aid.
    • I confirm that our company or organisation is not an ‘undertaking in difficulty’ as defined by the Official Journal of the European Union L187/19
