A Deposit is required to assure that we hold a site open for you upon your arrival. Please enter the credit card information below and hit submit.

After hitting the submit button you will get a “Thank You” notice and that your form had been sent in for processing. Once your reservation request is processed, meaning that your site has been selected and a deposit obtained, you will then get another confirmation email including the details of your reservation sent back to the email address you submitted.

Cancelation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy on all deposits made to Cactus Canyon Campground are as follows:

All refunds on deposits are applied towards future reservations at the campground in the year of reserve. If a cancellation is made 15 days or more prior to your stay with us you are entitled to 100%, 8 to 14 days notice you are entitled to 50% and 7 days or less you forfeit your deposit. Any no shows for any accommodations with a deposit will affect any future reservations you make.

Gate and Registration Policy

Please remember the ront gate will be closed and locked at 10 PM and reopened at 8 am. We reserve the right to not allow entry after 10pm. Please see that if you are coming in late that you arrive before 10pm. Otherwise plan your arrival for the next morning. We appreciate this as we can not be available for registration after 10pm and for security purposes we do not allow the gate to be unlocked. Please plan your reservations accordingly.

The office has store hours that are posted on the store front for registration. If however you arrive and there is no one at the store/gate area to register you (they may not be in the window so please stop and check the door) then please go and set up and come back at the store hours to register. There is also a phone present outside the store to call for assistance.
