Deadlines
Submissions will be accepted through June 16, 2025.
All artists will be notified of the selection committee’s decisions by June 30, 2025.
If selected, your artwork must be delivered to the CCVLP office no later than July 11, 2025.
Commission
Artists will receive a 50% commission from the sale of their artwork, with the remaining 50% benefiting CCVLP and our mission to provide free civil legal aid to those who need it most.
Only "Actual" Art Submissions Accepted This Year
In previous years, we have accepted submissions based on sample art or images of past work with the commitment to create a piece for this show if selected. Given the reduced capacity of the auction this year (see below), we can only review submissions of actual/completed works.
Limited Auction Size this Year
In previous years, we have accepted multiple submissions from artists without a set limit of pieces for the show.
Please note: This year, with the exception of a few small 3D items, we will only accept one (1) submission per artist.
We also anticipate only selecting 10–15 pieces in total.
If your work is not selected, please know that this is in no way a reflection of your talent or value as an artist—it is simply a result of our space constraints. We deeply appreciate your submission and your support of our work and should we decline to accept your submission this year, we still encourage you to submit in subsequent years.
