1. Stall Once booked can't be canceled or transferred or deferred
2. Organizers are not responsible for sales volume, value, or transactions that happen at the event. The vendor is solely responsible for their sales, profit/loss.
3. Vendors will be responsible for their material, product, and services. The organization will not be responsible for any loss of material, product, money, or any valuable item. Vendors need to take care of their materials, products, and money.
4. If a non-ROAR member pays only ROAR member fee, then it will not be acceptable, and he/she will not get the Stall nor his fee will be refunded. In order to avail Member fee, the vendor needs to become a member of ROAR first, and then buy the stall.
5. Fee is non-refundable
6. Not more than 2 people will be allowed per stall
