Join us for the Sacramento Hot Chicken Battle on July 9th, from 2pm - 6pm at Southside Park.

We are offering the following to participating breweries:

City of Refuge as the non-profit (Federal Tax ID: 46-2676243)
Buy 1 Donate 1 on kegs and packaged product
Up to 2 vendor passes to the event
10 x 10 ft. space 6 ft. table and chair
Volunteer pourers (if needed)
Website, social media, and email newsletter marketing prior to the event
80 lbs of ice
5 lb CO2 tank (if needed)
Complimentary post-event line cleaning (if needed)

The undersigned vendor at the Sacramento Hot Chicken Battle ("Brewfest") dba Beers in Sacramento agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Vendor shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Brewfest, and its officers, directors, agents, employees and volunteers, from and against any and all loss, damages, liability, claims, suits, costs and expenses, whatsoever, including reasonable attorneys' fees, regardless of the merit or outcome of any such claim or suit, arising from or in any manner connected to the willful misconduct or negligent acts, errors or omissions by vendor, its agents and/or employees in connection with Vendor's participation in the Brewfest, and/or in the performance of services, work or activities under this Agreement and/or the Brewfest rules.
2. Vendor agrees to comply with each and every rule, regulation, procedure, term and condition set forth in the brewfest's rules. Vendor hereby acknowledges receipt of such brewfest rules.
