POSITION DESCRIPTION
TITLE OF POSITION: Mission Services Clerical Specialist
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Mission Services Director

FUNCTION: Provides clerical support to Mission Services Programs
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Responsible for administrative and clerical duties for the Mission Services Department, including monitoring attendance and tracking clerical OSP's and CBA's.
2. Answers and routes incoming phone calls, takes and delivers messages accurately and promptly.
3. Greats and directs visitors/consumers. Announces them by phone to the appropriate staff.
4. AM/PM client driver/transportation coordinator.
5. Responsible for ordering, distribution and inventory tracking of supplies for the Agency.
6. In conjunction with the Mission Services Director, determining and making recommendations for office supply sourcing to insure best price and delivery.
7. Responsible for weekly maintenance and preventive maintenance on all office equipment in Palmer and Nold buildings.
8. Responsible for retrieving, sorting and distributing internal mail to Palmer and Nold facilities each morning and afternoon.
9. Monitors all credit and logbooks.
10. Makes copies as directed by staff.
11. Back-up Lab Instructor and trainer.
12. Assists TANF program staff with ARIES data entry, uploading of documents.
13. Responsible for data entry and scanning.
14. Makes engagement calls and records input surveys from consumers on spreadsheet and CM tab in database.
15. Monitors the Nold Computer Lab.
16. Prepares BMV and gas voucher receipts for billing.
17. Enters Assessments and IOP's into State of Ohio System.
18. Completes Purchase Orders and does supply orders for agency.
19. Performs other duties as assigned by the Mission Services Director.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education; Associate degree in related Human Service field or High School Diploma
Experience: 3 years' experience in a clerical position CPR and First Aid
Other Requirements:
License Check - valid driver's license and proof of insurability or is able to provide transportation
Background Checks - The offer of employment will be based on the outcome of the background check
Drug and Alcohol Screen - Must pass a drug and alcohol screen prior to employment Subject to random testing
