The following form must be completed to petition to play up an age group. For recreational players, pleae note that only petitions to play up with the same school grade will be approved, in addition to specific U15+ situations. Recreational players will not be approved to play up prior to U15 for the reason of "being too strong" or "wanting more of a challenge" for their player.
