Paran Recreations INC
I hereby assume the risks of using the Paran Recreations watercrafts and of boating at Lake Paran. I waive and discharge Paran Recreations INC from any and all claims of death, personal injury, or any damages of any kind, which arise out of or related to my boating at Lake Paran or my use of the Lake Paran watercrafts.

I agree not to sue any of the persons associated with the Paran Recreation board or staff for any claims or liabilities that I have waived. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless any person or entity associated with the Paran Recreation Board or staff from any claims made or liabilities assessed against them as a result of my acts or missions while boating at Lake Paran or using the Paran Recreations watercraft.

I understand all of the risks involved in using a canoe and on behalf of myself and my child, I waive any claims I may have against the Paran Recreations board and staff as a result of my child using a Paran Recreations watercraft at Lake Paran.
