In partnership with Greystone Programs, City Winery has produced these limited edition Greystone wines. For each bottle purchased, City Winery will contribute $5 to support Greystone Programs' mission.

Greystone Sauvignon Blanc

2023 Lake County, CA - A crisp and floral elegant Sauvignon blanc, if i didn't tell you it was a Sauvignon blanc, one might think it is a citrusy Pinot Grigio. Making it a crowd favorite, with tremendous complexity and tropical notes and refreshing mouthfeel. This wine will pair best with fresh, light dishes - think of ceviche or a tuna poke bowl. If seafood isn’t your thing, a green papaya salad with fall fruits and citrus dressing would be a home run. Those with a sweet tooth may look toward pairing this wine with grilled pineapple while sitting on the patio
Greystone Cabernet Sauvignon

2022 France - Wonderful notes of sandalwood and black licorice with a medium bodied structure and a rich mouthfeel this wine ends with a bite, leather and vanilla nuances. This wine works well as a standalone, but it can also stand up to some pretty flashy food! Pair this wine with a salty pub mix, soft French cheeses (Camembert!), a hot chicken sandwich, pulled pork and pickles, or an impossible burger with grilled onions, blue cheese and arugula. I highly recommended with a nice read in your couch.
