Arrival Information
Travel by Plane ✈️ | Flights should be booked into OMA Omaha Eppley Airfield Airport on Wednesday, August 16. Please plan to arrive no later than 4 PM CT (please note that Omaha is in the Central Time Zone!) Teens flying in from furthest away who cannot make this time should be in touch. BBYO staff will be stationed at the bus pickup areas wearing BBYO shirts. There will be staff at the airport for late arrivals.

Travel by Plane ✈️ | Flights should be booked out of OMA Omaha Eppley Airfield Airport on Sunday, August 20. You will arrive at the airport approximately 1 PM CT, therefore we recommend you book your flights after 2:30 PM CT.

Unaccompanied Minor* Information
If you paid an extra fee to have your teen fly as an unaccompanied minor with the airline, please email us so we can make sure staff are prepared in the airport to claim your teen at the gate. If you did not pay an extra fee with the airline, then your teen can just meet staff for the bus to the program.

*An unaccompanied minor is a teen under the age of 15 that is required to pay an additional fee to fly without an adult on a domestic flight.
