2023 Registration For MathCounts6 Tryout

This AIM Morgan Hill Math program is specifically for next year's 6th graders. MathCounts6, for up-and-coming sixth graders, is a program that centers on problem solving in real life situations. Space is limited. Students will be selected based on their MAP Test scores, their score on the tryout placement exam, interest in our program, behavior and their ability to commit to attending the entire 8 week, fall 2023 program.

I understand that classes for 6th graders will be held once a week, on Thursdays, from 4:30 - 5:30 pm at Britton Middle School, starting on Sept. 7th and continuing for 8 weeks. Barring sickness or school field trips, my child will be able to attend all 8 classes.*

I, the Releasor, being of lawful age, in consideration of my child, (child/children’s names) {studentFirst}, being able to participate in AIM’s Morgan Hill Math after school program at Britton Middle School, scheduled from September to October 2022, and run and/or operated by the Releasee, WAIVE, RELEASE and DISCHARGE the Releasee, its owners, officers, directors, employees, members, agents, assigns, legal representatives and successors, and all business associates and partners involved in the presentation of the above noted activity and each of the their owners, officers and employees, from all liability for or by reason of any damage, loss or injury to person and property, even injury resulting in the death of the Releasor’s child, which has been or may be sustained in consequence of the Releasor’s participation of the activity described above, and notwithstanding that such damage, loss or injury may have been caused solely or partly by the negligence of the Releasee.
