• Antioch Discipleship School

  • We are excited that you are interested in the Antioch Galveston Discipleship School! This school has been operating for over 30 years with the same consistent goal in mind: to train up Great Commandment (Matthew 22:36-40) and Great Commission (Matthew 28: 18-20) disciples of Jesus - men and women who will love God wholeheartedly and who will submit their whole lives to His leadership and purposes.

Ultimately, you will get out the experience what you are able to put into it. The staff will do everything in its power to develop and equip you, and we have found that personal ownership in this process is key for the school to be successful for you, but you need to come into the school with a desire to grow in God.

The following list details some of the areas of focus within the school. Please read over these goals to make sure they are consistent with your own desires as you enter the school.

  • Family Questionnaire

  • Personal Response

  • Ministry Interest

  • Confidential Personal Questionnaire

  • We recognize that a person's past is a very tender subject due to the painful experiences that many have had. However, on the following questionnaires we need you to be extremely honest in your answers in order for us to assess how we can most effectively help you. A past problem in an area does not necessarily exclude you from the school. The information that you share with us will be treated confidentially and will be seen only by those directly involved in your application decision.

  • Personal Wholeness

  • We believe it is God's will for every believer to abstain from sexual immorality (1 Thess. 4:3) and that there should not even be a "hint" of sexual immorality among us (Eph. 5:3). We believe that confession to God (1 John 1:9), to one another (James 5:16), and repentance (Prov. 28:13) are important elements to walking out the freedom purchased for us on the cross and they are a significant part of our discipleship groups (D-Groups) and even some class exercises. In order to help us provide the best ADS experience for you, please answer the following questions honestly. Your answers are confidential!
