At Dotte Mental Beauty we are combining mental health with nature. Showing the benefits that comes with going outside & helping others, helps your mindset & helps you grow to be a well rounded individual. We will be journaling our thoughts before & after we go into the community & bring the awareness to the neighbors encouraging them to join us. This will be a perpetual activity so once you join Ms. Tam will be contacting parents & sending out a schedule for locations, dates & times.
