Things to know!

I work at a flat hourly rate ($95/hr) and I am gratuity free (no tipping unless youd like to bring a handmade gift or smth small :D)

Masks are required for the duration of your service and will be provided if needed! Thank you for understanding.

I require a card on file to book an appointment with me.

I take clients Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Sundays. I offer Wednesdays and Thursdays on an as needed basis! You will not see them available on my website but I can directly book you those days. Saturdays I am completely unavailable.

Most services are lengthy appointments, I highly recommend bringing your charger, water, snacks, and/or a book! (something to keep you entertained)

POLICY PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY

If an in person consulation is required (hair extensions, color correction), the consulation can not take place the same day as the service discussed. If you live further out or out of state, please add in the addtional concerns section above.

I work by the hour and gratuity free, pricing for your appointment will be discussed after this form is filled out. You will be given a minimum and maximum range for your appointment. Hair extensions are discussed during in person consulation.

I require a card on file upon booking. In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule, a 48 hour notice is required. If notice is given less than 48 hours in advance, your card on file will be charged up to 50% of the service scheduled. Same day (within 24 hrs of appointment) cancellations or no shows will be charged 100% of scheduled service. At every appointment I allow a 15 minute grace period. Please allow yourself extra time to find parking!

I do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your hair, contact me asap and I can make adjustments within 7 days of your original service. I can not perform redo services if you or another stylist make any adjustments to your hair. That will be considered a new appointment.

Lastly, my chair is a NO HATE ZONE. I do not tolerate any form of hate. This space welcomes all people of sizes, races, religions, genders, sexuality, etc.
