    Thank you for entrusting us with the care of your pet!

    We enjoy having your pet here at Caring Hands! We take special care of each pet by providing comfort to them with bedding/blankets which are changed daily. We strongly discourage leaving personal items as we cannot guarantee their safe return. If you elect to leave personal items, it is up to you to check that they are returned to you. We offer elevated beds for dogs staying in our largest kennels (runs). This is an additional $10 per stay and is only eligible for dogs staying in a run. Restrictions apply.   • If we determine that your pet has internal and/or external parasites, by signing this form, you agree that we may treat your pet at your cost for such parasites.

    If we did not provide the veterinary care of your pet at our facility, you must provide written veterinary records of your pet's vaccine history to the check in technician. If appropriate records cannot be obtained, by signing this form, you agree that we will update your pet to meet these requirements during their stay at your cost.

    If your pet is not up to date on an exam with one of our doctors on staff, by signing this form, you agree for your pet to receive an exam at your cost.

    To minimize gastric upset and provide optimal nutrition, our boarded pets are fed Purina Pro Plan EN veterinary diet. They also receive Fortiflora probiotic supplement added to their food once daily.

  • There is an additional $5 fee per pet/day.

  • As a courtesy from us, all pets that stay in the facility 7 nights or more will receive a complimentary bath and nail trim.

  • In the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill while boarding, we will try to reach you to discuss treatment at the emergency number you provided.

  • Please note that payment is due in full at the time the pet is released from our facility. If you have another party picking up your pet, please make arrangements for payment with the check in technician at drop off. Thank you for your patronage!
