Introduction
This Affiliate Contract is entered into by and between ("Affiliate" hereinafter) and Forest Trail Academy ("School" hereinafter) to regulate the terms and conditions of the parties' relationship consisting of the the Affiliate's referral of new enrolled students to the school which are determined by the School and paying his/her a certain amount in return.
Project Description

The School is in the business of education and agrees to collaborate with the Affiliate herein the Contract to promote its academic services through affiliate marketing. The Affiliate shall provide all the necessary conditions of the school as per the terms and conditions of this Contract.

Affiliate Obligations
The Affiliate responsibility is to adhere to the following guidelines as mutually agreed by both Parties:

a. Promote the School's Client Brand by creating engaging content guided by the provided the Creative Brief;

b.Ensure that the referred student/s uses the assigned affiliate code to receive appropriate compensation. No code usage, no payment;

c. Shall not make any commitment on behalf of the School or its Clients without the prior written consent of the School. These commitment includes, but not limited to, discounts or priority in processing enrollments;

d. Shall abide by the guidelines set under the Creative Brief, which will be given after contract signing, in terms of promoting the School;

e. Agrees to allow the School to reshare any content, such as social media posts or videos, that were made relevant to this Agreement;

f. Agrees to keep confidential and not disclose or use, except in performance of its obligations under this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement, confidential or proprietary information related to the other Party’s technology or business that the Receiving Party learns in connection with this agreement.

School Obligation/s
a. Assign a unique code to the Affiliate. The school reserves its right to pre-select those who signed up as Affiliates;

b. Pay the Affiliate within ten (10) working days after the new student, who used the affiliate's code, has made their downpayment, provided that the student does not withdraw their application.

c. Provide all the necessary details to the Affiliate in order to promote the school through a Creative Brief and other informational materials, such as brochures.

Payment
The School shall pay the Affiliate the corresponding amount after the referred new student has made their downpayment:

- 100 US Dollars for every full time student under the regular online K-12 Program (elementary, middle school and high school).

- 50 US Dollars for every semester student under the regular online K-12 Program or under the following: Homeschool Correspondence, Summer Class, Prescriptive/Adaptive Class, Advanced Placement (AP) Courses, Credit Recovery Courses, and Individual Classes.

- 20 US Dollars for dual enrollments.

The Affiliate will receive an email notification from our team once a parent, who used your affiliate code, has successfully paid their down payment and received it from the school. Funds will be processed within ten (10) business days. Affiliates also have the option to convert the commissions to tuition credits.

As of July 24, 2023

New students who will be referred are entitled to a discount of $100 for full-time enrollments, and $50 for semester enrollments or any programs under Homeschool Correspondence, Summer Classes, Prescriptive/Adaptive Classes, Advanced Placement (AP) Courses, Credit Recovery Courses, and Individual Classes. Sibling and military discounts still apply to newly referred students.

Meanwhile, affiliates are not entitled to a commission if they refer an immediate family member, namely their parent, sibling, or child. In addition, affiliates can only request a payout once they have accumulated $300 in terms of commission earnings.

Acceptance
The Affiliate upon submitting his entry recognizes their obligations as stated under this contract. The Affiliate also recognizes the right of Forest Trail Academy to remove them as Affiliate in case they failed to adhere to the stated guidelines.
