List Everyone Living in the Home

Please include the name, birth date, gender, and relationship for each person who currently lives in the home, including children, adults, relatives, or long-term guests. This information helps create a complete energy overview of the household.

Instructions for “Role in Family” for the following question

Please select the role each person plays in the family. This helps me understand how the energy flows through the household based on their position.

•The Matriarch is the female head of the home (e.g., mother, or female guardian).

•The Patriarch is the male head of the home (e.g., father, or male guardian).

 
When listing children, follow birth order, not gender priority:

•The first child is always the eldest, regardless of whether they are a boy or a girl.

•If you have one boy and one girl, they are both considered eldest son and eldest daughter.

•If you have two boys, they would be eldest son and youngest son.

•If you have multiple daughters, the first is eldest daughter, the last is youngest daughter, and any girls in between are middle daughters.

If someone is staying in the home—like a grandparent, friend, or relative—select “Other.”

If you’re unsure which role to choose, select “Other” and use the text field provided to briefly explain their relationship or reason for living in the home.

Additional Notes About Your Household (optional)

If your living situation is different from a traditional family setup, feel free to share any details here. For example, if there are two couples, shared parenting roles, rotating housemates, or unique room arrangements, this helps me understand the energy dynamics more clearly.

Upload a Clear Floor Plan of Your Home

Please upload a clear floor plan that labels each room accurately so I can understand the layout of your home. A real estate listing floor plan is perfectly acceptable if that's all you have.

If you don’t have a floor plan available, you can create one using a free app such as:

MagicPlan – scan your space using your phone
RoomSketcher or Floorplanner – draw your layout with simple drag-and-drop tools
Be sure to label each room clearly. Floor plans can be uploaded as an image, PDF, or screenshot.

Upload Floor Plan with Furniture Layout

Please upload a second copy of your floor plan that includes the current furniture layout—beds, desks, and couches.

You can draw this by hand over a printed floor plan, annotate it digitally using apps like Markup (on iPhone/iPad), Preview (on Mac), or any PDF or image editor. A photo of a hand-drawn version is perfectly fine as long as it’s clear.

This helps me understand how the space is currently being used and how energy flows through the home.

Who Uses Each Room?

Please list who sleeps in each bedroom and who regularly uses other areas such as the study, or living rooms. This helps me align the energy of each room with the right person. (Example: Bedroom 1 – Me (Jane, Matriarch), Bedroom 2 – Jack (Partner, Patriarch), Bedroom 3 – Ava (Eldest Daughter), Office – Jack, Living Room – Whole family, Bedroom 4 – Not currently used)

Please use Google Maps to get a bird’s eye view (top-down view) of your home, and upload a screenshot with an arrow or mark to show which way you believe the front of the house is facing.

How to do this (easy steps):
1. Open Google Maps on your phone or computer
2. Type in your home address and zoom in
3. Click “Satellite View” in the bottom corner so you can see the rooftops
4. Adjust the view so you can clearly see the shape and layout of your home
5. Take a screenshot of the house (on your phone or computer)
6. Use a drawing tool, markup tool, or app to draw an arrow pointing to where the front of your house faces, or print and draw by hand.

It doesn’t need to be perfect—just a rough arrow is enough so I can see how the home sits on the land and which way it faces.

When Was the House Built?

If you know the exact year the house was built, please enter it in the box provided.
If you’re not sure of the exact year but have a rough idea, you can choose the closest 20-year period from the dropdown menu.

If you’re unsure of both, simply select “I don’t know” from the dropdown.

Has the Home Been Renovated or Extended?

Please let me know if your home has had any major structural changes, such as:

A roof replacement where the entire roof and ceiling were removed, exposing the inside of the home to direct sunlight
An extension where part of the house was built later and has a roof built at a different time to the original construction

If your house is double storey and only the upper level was rebuilt or extended, then the lower level keeps the original construction date, and the upper level will use the renovation date.

If your home has had an extension, please upload a copy of the floor plan again and circle or highlight the extended area. This helps identify different construction timings within the home.

Year of Extension or Roof Replacement

Please list the year the extension was added or the full roof (including ceilings) was replaced.

If you're unsure, feel free to give your best estimate.

Include living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and any other spaces you’d like assessed. Multiple files can be uploaded below.

Tip: Take photos from the doorway or corner of each room to capture as much of the space as possible.
