1. Neither Northeast Harbor Library (NEHL) nor the MDI Photo Club (MDIPC) shall be held responsible for exhibition materials on display at the NEHL.

2. NEHL will receive 20% of the purchase price of items sold. NEHL will manage the sales, take custody of the funds received and pay the artist 80% of the purchase price after completion of the show. All exhibited items will remain on display for the duration of the show.
