Applications must be received by 5:00 PM on Friday, August 4, to guarantee an audition time.
Applications will not be processed until the non-refundable audition fee has been submitted. Once your form and fee have been received you will be emailed an audition date and time. In the meantime, you can access all excerpts, audition requirements, and answers to frequently asked questions from our website.

Once you hit submit, you will be taken to the CSO online ticketing system; please follow the prompts. Please disregard the "September 1" date, this is a placeholder for our ticketing system; your audition date and time will be emailed to you once payment has been received. There are no additional fees and you may select "print at home" for delivery as there are no actual tickets for the audition.
You will receive an audition date and time once payment has been received. Checks should be made out to "Cincinnati Symphony Youth Orchestra" with "application fee" and student name in the memo line. Please mail checks to 1241 Elm Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202.
