The purpose of this open call is to identify strategies to enhance equity in the practice of institutional research mentorship with a focus on age and gender. This will include ideas to create more equal opportunities within research mentorship in low and middle income countries (LMICs). All responses will only be used for the purposes of this open call, not share with others and treated as confidential.
