The MMH Employee Care Fund is a fund that is emploee ownedand all contributions to the fund are from MMH employees. By clicking "submit" you understand that this will be a deduction from your paycheck each payday, until/unless you stop the deduction. The Employee Care Fund is managed by a committee that is chaired by MMH employees. All disbursements from the fund are approved by the committee, each month, based upon applications made. Please refer to the Employee Care Fund Policy for additional information. You hereby understand and agree that there are no refunds once you have contributed to the Employee Care Fund and it is your responsibility to notify MMH in the event you wish to stop the deduction from your paycheck.
