If you are a NO CALL, NO SHOW you will be disqualified from the use of our SNAP program.

This program has been established by NEMOHS to help are citizens spay and neuter their dogs and cats.To participate you must be at least 18 years of age or older. You are allowed up to 4 animals, but you must fill a form out for each animal.

You will be responsible for making your own appointment with our participating veterinarian: General Vet Clinic: (573)221-0300. When you are making the appointment you MUST tell the clinic that you are using the SNAP. 

You must submit your form at least 7 days prior to your appointment.

If you did not apply for SNAP when you made your appointment, but did at a later time, you MUST call the vet and tell them that you have applied for SNAP and to note it for your appointment. If you do not tell the vet that you are using SNAP, the SNAP will NOT be applied to your bill. 

Once you have your appointment, do not miss it, you will only be allowed to reschedule 1 time, and you will need to notify NEMO Humane Society of the new date. If you miss the second appointment you will need to re-apply.
