This program has been established by NEMOHS to help are citizens spay and neuter their dogs and cats.To participate you must be at least 18 years of age or older. You are allowed up to 4 animals, but you must fill a form out for each animal. You will be responsible for making your own appointment with one of our participating veterinarians: General Vet Clinic: (573)221-0300 or Hannibal Vet Clinic (573)221-0915, and when you are making the appointment you MUST let the clinic know that this is for a SNAP application.
