  • Group Request Form

    Use this form to request more than 10 tickets to an upcoming Young People's Concert. Include as much information as possible at this time. Once your registration is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with an attached invoice. Orders can be adjusted up to two weeks before the concert date, based on availability. Payment (check, credit or purchase order) for the Young People's Concerts is not required until week-of and we strongly encourage schools with potentially changing guidelines to submit a PO rather than payment to minimize potential refunds in the event of an abrupt policy change by your district/school.
