    For groups requesting 10 or fewer tickets, please purchase through the CSO website using the links below. Seats will be assigned two weeks before the performance.

  • Group Request Form

    Use this form to request more than 10 tickets to an upcoming School Program. Include as much information as possible at this time. Once your registration is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with an attached invoice. Orders can be adjusted up to two weeks before the concert date, based on availability. Payment (check, credit or purchase order) is not required until the week of the event.
