MEMBERSHIP TERMS & TERMINATION AGREEMENT Boss 2 Boss Leadership Foundation reserves the right to suspend, deny, or terminate membership at any time if a member: • Engages in fraudulent activity • Provides false or misleading information • Fails to pay membership dues or recurring payments • Creates conflict, harassment, bullying, or unsafe behavior within the organization or community • Violates the mission, values, policies, or code of conduct of Boss 2 Boss Leadership Foundation • Uses the organization, member directory, events, or platforms for unauthorized solicitation, scams, or harmful conduct • Shares confidential member information without permission • Maintains more than one active member account • Conducts illegal, unethical, or inappropriate behavior that may negatively impact the organization, its members, partners, or reputation Boss 2 Boss Leadership Foundation also reserves the right to deny or revoke membership at its discretion if actions are deemed harmful to the organization or community. Membership cancellations due to policy violations may not qualify for a refund.
