PEACE HOUSE is a Sober Living Environment (SLE). Occupancy at one of our locations is not considered a Rental Agreement; therefore CA State Laws governing residential rentals are not applicable. It is a condition of being an occupant at any of the PEACE HOUSE locations that you voluntarily consent to several rules, listed below:
● Always remain clean and sober, have a sponsor, and be working the 12-step program
● You must attend four AA or NA meetings per week
● Your guests must always be sober while visiting
● You and your guests must never bring any illegal drugs or alcohol onto the premises, even if you/they are sober
● You may not have guests stay in your room
● You must submit to random drug/alcohol tests at the house manager’s request/discretion
● You must vacate the premises immediately, without refund of rent or deposit, if you are found to be under the influence at any
time; this includes outside the premises
● You must follow all House Rules (rules are posted at each location)
● No sexual conduct between housemates is ever allowed. Serious consequences, including eviction, can occur
● You understand that occupancy at PEACE HOUSE is not a “Rental Agreement”
By submitting your driver's license below, you agree to the RULES listed above, apply for occupancy at a PEACE HOUSE facility, and confirm that the information provided is accurate.
