I hereby further agree, consent, and authorize PROFRIENDS, whether manually or via electronic channels, to process, obtain, collect, record, organize, store, update, modify, use, access, share, and/or disclose any and all information obtained herein for (a) any legal purposes, and, (b) to comply with its legal, regulatory, contractual or other obligations under applicable laws, rules, and regulations that impact the Company, such as but not limited to Republic Act No. 10173 (or the Data Privacy Act of 2012

This consesnt and authorization remains valid and subsisting until otherwise revoked or cancelled in writing.

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms of accreditation: 1. The term of accreditation is one (1) year from date of signing hereof subject to renewal upon mutual consent of both parties;

2. There shall be no employer-employee relationship between myself and PROFRIENDS;

3. I agree to perform the following tasks:

a. Secure, read and comply strictly with all the written policies of PROFRIENDS; b. Sell exclusively properties of PROFRIENDS; (If applicable) c. Promptly assist buyers in the execution of all PROFRIENDS official documents to consummate sales, d. Not to allocate or transfer my sale’s credit to another group without the written approval of a duly  e.Give at least 30-day notice to PCFI in case I decide to leave my sales agency/company; and f. Return all PROFRIENDS sales kits and materials in my possession upon my separation from sales agency/company

4. PROFRIENDS may at any time withdraw accreditation upon occurence of any of the following: a. Any misrepresntation in this application;

b.Failure to comply with any of PROFRIENDS written policies;

c.Commision of any act prejudicial to the interest of PROFRIENDS, its directors, officers, employees, other agents, as well as its projects;

d.Falsification or abetting in the falsification of any document for the purpose of generating a sale; and

e. Performance of any unauthorized act.

I hereby further agree that all information disclosed by PROFRIENDS to me shall be used solely for sales and marketing purposes and shall remain at all times the property of PROFRIENDS; I further agree that I shall protect and safeguard Confidential Information againts unauthorized use, reproduction, publication or disclosure; I shall not disclose, share and/or distribute, under any circumstances, the contents of the Confidential Information received from PROFRIENDS,to
