Fee Payment Methods Accepted: Credit/Debit Card, Cheque, Bank Transfer and Cash

0% Monthly Installments available when you pay by Credit Card from selected UAE Banks All fees are in AED currency.

Plans: 0% Installments are available when you pay by Credit Card from selected UAE Banks.

Bus Service: No bus transportation is available at this time.

Discount: 10% discount on Full Year Payment or 10 % Siblings discount.

Registration Fee: Non-refundable registration fee to be paid once only. In the event that a child misses a term, a new registration fee is applied.

Due Dates for Term Fee Payment:

Term 1 fees are due by 1st June

Term 2 fees are due by 1st December

Term 3 fees due by 1st March

Term Fee Payment Deadlines: All tuition fees are to be paid in full, as per the due dates specified. Deadline dates will also be communicated to all parents with an invoice for the following term.

When a nursery place has been accepted prior to the starting date and the starting date gets delayed, or deferred for any reason, the nursery still requires full fees to be paid from the starting date originally agreed upon and noted on the registration form.

* No monthly payments are accepted, only termly fees are paid before the term begins on the specified date in our policy and terms and conditions.

Bounced Cheque: A returned cheque will incur a service charge of AED 100.

Late tuition fee payment charge: All outstanding payments that passed the deadline will incur a daily additional charge of AED 30 until the payment is received in full.

Payment arrears: British Oak Montessori Nursery reserves the right to offer the place to another child in the event of outstanding payments.

We reserve the right to suspend childcare services until the payment's arrears are settled.

Late pick-up fee: Late pick-up fee of AED 25 per every half an hour applies. This is payable within 24 hours.

Joining within term time: If your child is joining us once the term has started, we will charge the fee pro rata. However, the fee must still be paid by the deadline issued.

The full-term fee will be charged to a child who is already registered but joins the term late for personal reasons.

Discounts/Siblings: Upon registering a sibling, you may receive a 10% discount off the term fee. Once there is only one of the siblings attending nursery, the discount will be retracted. We do not combine more than one discount/offer or Extended Holiday Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Special Education Needs (SEN) Fee: If a child requires additional support in the nursery, parents may be liable to pay a certain SEN fee, in addition to the Term fees, as discussed and agreed with the nursery management. '

This is to ensure all children get the entitled time and attention necessary. The SEN fee will be payable per term or annually, as appropriate under the circumstances and at the discretion of the Nursery management.

Notice Period if a child is leaving the nursery: The education council of the UAE recognizes nurseries and schools need notice if a child is to leave the nursery. To ensure proper staffing and resources and that every child is given the care, attention, and education they deserve, we ask parents to give us a written notice of 2 months prior to the term commencing.

COVID-19: There will be no cash refund of fees as the Nursery is still offering remote learning services or the option to convert the remaining fee balance to a credit note to be redeemed within 12 months.

Withdrawal: We do not offer any refunds on registration fees. Only 50% of tuition fees will be refunded if a parent pays for the following term/s and their child does not attend, however, the parents must provide a written notice period of 2 months prior to the term commencing.

Refund Payment: A refund is processed after completing a refund request form. Any payments due will be returned to the parent or company that paid the fee. Absence: The nursery does not issue refunds for your child's absence or exchange days due to days your child has not attended.

Closure: British Oak Montessori Nursery does not offer refunds in the event of nursery closure due to a government-required Staff PD Day, third-party action, fire, flood, or other extreme weather conditions, power cut, a requirement from the Education Ministry or other higher authorities, or any other event out of their control.

Disclaimer regarding fee changes: British Oak Montessori Nursery reserves the right to change the tuition fees, whilst giving parents 2 weeks' notice of the changes.
