*Please refrain from inquiring about multiple designs per person at once. I'd rather focus on 1 design. If they could be considered smaller designs -there may be a possiblity of doing multiple designs in a session. Discussions of future ideas can be talked about at your appointment.
*KEEP YOUR DESCRIPTION SHORT AND SIMPLE - If a little back story helps me deisgn your tattoo, please share - however, all of the information required in this form is what's needed most. If you tell me a whole back-story, it may be hard for me to sift out the information I need and may hinder my ability to get back right away.

COLOR or BLACK AND GREY (outline only?) - This helps me know how long it will take. *PLEASE note: Color can take longer to saturate and depending on the designs details and size will cost more than black and grey.*
SIZE - Inches only! No ambiguous sizes of random objects like your phone or your hand, saying “medium or small size*
(Example: 4 x 5in, 6 x 3 1/2in -- using a ruler will help!)
PLACEMENT - Different areas of the body can take longer to tattoo - especially delicate areas like the ribs or behind the ear, and depending on details affects time and price.Please send a nice, straight on photo of the area if possible!*
(Example: wrist, behind upper arm above the elbow, ankle)
Photo of the area - Straight on, good lighting, and taken by someone else if possible (PLEASE attach if inquiring about cover-ups!!)

REFERENCES - Any kind of reference is better than none, even if it’s a doodle. Inspiration photos you’ve found online of other art or tattoos are okay - just gives me a good idea of the direction you’re trying to take.*
