  • I offer two signature yoga therapy programs that combine individual therapy and small group education:

    Homebodies, running from January - April, focuses on building an accessible, integrative home yoga practice tailored to your needs and abilities. In group workshops, we unpack how diet culture limits our enjoyment of movement, learn essential nervous system regulation science, and develop stronger self compassion and creativity practices.

     

    Flowbodies, running from May - August, is for anyone who currently or previously menstruated. Private therapy will address menstrual health, pelvic health, and / or menopause concerns. In group workshops, we will address the impact of a "menstrual negative" society on how we treat our cyclical bodies. You will gain a comprehensive understanding or perimenopause, learn Ayurvedic frameworks for menstrual wellness, and experiment with nourishing movement for the pelvic floor.

    Depending on registration levels for these two program, I may also accept new individual therapy clients from February - August.
