Booth assignments are made on a first come, first serve basis with Industry Alliance members receiving first consideration. Every effort will be made to avoid placing similar suppliers next to each other.
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations of exhibit space and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing (email is fine) to the MOA and received by September 12, 2023. A full refund minus a $50 processing fee, will be given if cancellation is received prior to 30 days of the conference. Notice of cancellation received after the cutoff date will not receive a refund. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
Hold Harmless Clause: The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arriving out of injury or damage to exhibitor’s displays, equipment and other property brought upon the premises of the hotel and shall indemnify and hold harmless the hotel agents, servants, employees and Missouri Optometric Association members and Board of Directors from any and all such losses, damages and claims. Submission of your payment indicates agreement with the terms of the Hold Harmless Clause.
