Welcome to AllTrack’s self-serve music licensing portal for businesses. Under the United States Copyright Act, businesses are required to properly license the right to play recorded music (streaming, background, TVs, etc.) and/or host live musical performances on their premises. AllTrack issues blanket performance licenses to businesses to comply with these requirements and distributes the related proceeds to its affiliated songwriters, composers, producers and music publishers in the form of royalties.

ADR is calculated as total guest room revenue at the Location for a given day divided by the total number of rooms sold during that day. Annual ADR is calculated as the sum of the most recent 12 months of ADR divided by 365.

If Music was performed live in person by a band, solo musician, singer/vocalist, DJ or instrumentalist at any point during the past year, or is expected to be performed at any point during the upcoming year, select “Recorded and Live Music”.
