  • Please fill out all information on this form.  A PDF of your contract will generate upon submission.  The terms and conditions are set by Zangersheide and this agreement is between you and Zangersheide.  Advanced Breeding Concepts Inc. D/B/A WellGrove Breeders will invoice you for the semen as an administrative courtesy to be passed through to Zangersheide. WellGrove Equine Veterinary Clinic, whom stores the semen for Zangersheide, will bill you for the costs assocated with the shipping and handling.

    Stoeterij Zangersheide N.V. - Agreement 2023: usage of frozen semen

  • The frozen semen of the stallion {stallion} is made available under the following conditions:

    • The frozen semen is made available at {contractPrice} excl. VAT.
    • The mare owner acknowledges that the semen of {stallion} will exclusively be used for insemination of the mare: {mareName} with UELN: {mareUelnregistration}
    • The frozen semen will be sent by dose and the empty straws must be returned immediately after use. In the event that the mare is not in foal, a non-gestation declaration assigned by the vet must be provided before a next dose of frozen semen will be sent (with a maximum of 3).
    • Each dose of frozen semen contains at least 300 TNB (Total Number of Mobile Semen), a quality guarantee that guarantees the breeder that one dose contains enough mobile cells for one insemination.
    • The assigned doses must be used in the year of purchase for the aforementioned mare, unless otherwise agreed with Stoeterij Zangersheide NV.
    • If the mare owner obtains several pregnancies with the frozen semen used (twins at ET), he is obliged to report these pregnancies to Stoeterij Zangersheide NV.
    • In the event that the breeder gets more than one pregnancy (min. 90 days gestation) with the obtained dose, the breeder shall notify Stoeterij Zangersheide NV of such extra gestations and will be charged an amount of €{Calculated-200} excl. VAT for each of such extra foal(s).
    • In the event that more than one foal is born as a result of inseminations with the obtained dose of semen and the breeder fails to notify Stoeterij Zangersheide NV thereof, the breeder will forfait a fine of € 5.000,- excl. VAT for each of such extra foals.
    • The semen may under no circumstances be sold to third parties nor may it be used for ICSI.
    • The first dose will be available after payment of the invoice amount and after Stoeterij Zangersheide NV has received the signed contract.
