Custom Order Request Form
Please be very detailed so that we can efficiently quote your order.
If we have availability for your order, an email will be sent to you with a price quote.

From there, an invoice will be emailed to you and need to be paid within 48 hours.

All pickup times and locations will be discussed via email and be included in your invoice.

If an order is accepted and it is less than a week away from your pickup date, a rush fee will be added to your order.

Most items can be made vegan and/or gluten-free!
