Filling out this application DOES NOT guarantee that HotshotTek Inc. will provide any type of service. This application is only to be used for gathering basic information about both the product offered and the company offering the product. Any/all information provided in the application by the applicant will not be distributed nor used other than to talk about a possible partnership or decline partnership. If a partnership is agreed upon after private discussion via email, the applicant must provide payment within 2 weeks of publication OR within 2 weeks of an invoice sent out (whichever comes first). Failure to do so will negate the partnership and any affiliated information, links, and/or content will be removed (unless an extension of payment is discussed beforehand).
