WELCOME to the Fall 2024 Chumley's BearCruise, sailing onboard the brand new Sun Princess!!!  My name is Todd Doerge and I will be your Travel Consultant for this sailing,  working alongside Mark "Chumley" Singer, and excited to join the original BearCruise group, as we prepare to embark on the 26th Chumley's BearCruise!

To receive a personalized quote, each guest in the stateroom must complete an individual Registration Form. All information is required for us to give you an accurate quote. Once submitted, you can expect to be contacted within two business days. Completion of this document does NOT constitute a binding agreement for any purchase.

When sharing a stateroom with a friend or partner, every participant must complete a registration form. Once registration forms have been completed for all individuals in your stateroom, your request will be queued to us to work on your quote. If you have not heard from us, it is likely that we have not received all registrations for your stateroom.

STATEROOM DETAILS AND PRICING:

Rates noted below are per person. Taxes, Fees & Port Expenses of $153.00 per person will be added to the below fares and are subject to change.  In addition to the cruise fare there is a $100.00 per person entertainment and venue fee payable thru Quality Travel Solutions and will be charged, seperately, at the time of booking with your deposit.

Rates do not include airfare, hotel, pier transfers, premuim beverages, excursions or items of a personal nature.

Rates quoted in U.S. dollars and reflect original contracted rates between our agency and Princess Cruises. Current rates may be lower or higher than rates noted below based on current promotions and availability of staterooms at the time of booking.

Rates for third & fourth persons in a stateroom, and rates for suites will be quoted in response to your registration.

All staterooms have two twin beds that convert to a queen, mini-refrigerator, flat-panel 4K television, hairdryer, safe, desk/vanity with chair, closet, and private bathroom. New on the Sun Princess...all staterooms now feature a sofa or love seat and showers with glass doors!

BILLING INFORMATION

An encrypted credit card authorization form will be emailed to you upon completion of the quote/registration process.  You will have 5 business days to return the encrypted form, otherwise the booking will be terminated.

At that time, a deposit of $250 per person for double/triple/quad staterooms or $500 for single occupancy will be charged for your stateroom.  In addition to the deposit, there is a $100.00 per person entertainment and venue fee payable thru Quality Travel Solutions and will be charged seperately.

Final payment is due and will be charged to the credit card on file on/or just before July 21, 2024, unless you provide Todd Doerge with Quality Travel Solutions, a replacement card by July 7, 2024.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Note – All cancellations must be received by email no later than 5:00 PM two days prior to the penalty effective date.

Note – In the unlikely event that we do not reach a minimum number of participants to offer the full experience of activities and events as presented, this Chumley's BearCruise group may be cancelled prior to final payments becoming due. .

When booking this cruise package, you are agreeing to the following per person cancellation fee schedule:

Quality Travel Solutions:

• Effective 14 days after the initial deposit date - $50 per person
• Effective 7/21/24, regardless of initial deposit date - $100 per person
  *Penalty to be billed by agency upon notification of cancellation.

Princess Cruises:

• Effective 7/29/24            25% of total charges and Loss of Deposit
• Effective 8/13/24            50% of total charges
• Effective 8/27/24            75% of total charges
• Effective 9/26/24            No Refund
  *Some special promotions require that your initial deposit is nonrefundable which would be advised to you at the time of booking. Penalty will be deducted from your refund of payments charged by the cruise line.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/PROTECTION

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended. Rates are based on total trip cost and guest’s age starting at approximately $50. Upon receipt of your registration form and prior to booking, you will receive information for your consideration and a request to purchase or deny coverage. If you have a concern about a specific circumstance, please discuss it with our travel consultant at the time of booking so we can best assist you.

 

Pre-Cruise Host Hotel

As usual, we will be offering a discounted pre-cruise host hotel in the Greater Fort Lauderdale area.  This information and pricing will be sent to the group at a later date.  If you would like a POST-cruise hotel, please indicate that on the form above. 

If you are interested in Princess EZ Air for your flights or a post-cruise hotel, Princess Cruises allows those options to become available for this voyage as of December 8, 2023. Thank you for your understanding.

Only one (1) passenger per form – please complete ALL answers.
Once each passenger in your cabin has submitted a form, we will have all that’s required to accurately quote to your interests and needs.
